Helicopters rescue tourists from flood-hit Inca ruins Cusco, Peru (AFP) Jan 27, 2010 Peruvian helicopters Wednesday airlifted some 600 tourists from the Inca ruins of Machu Picchu where hundreds remained stranded by heavy rains and mudslides that have claimed seven lives.
