Geneva (AFP) Aug 20, 2010
The UN disaster prevention agency said Friday that communities should have been kept away from flood-exposed river banks in Pakistan, as it underlined the human hand in a string of catastrophes. Atlanta GA (SPX) Aug 20, 2010
While Arctic sea ice has been diminishing in recent decades, the Antarctic sea ice extent has been increasing slightly.
