Zhang stated China's commitment to enhancing collaboration with Latin American and Caribbean countries in space development strategies, fostering innovation in science and technology, expanding application opportunities, and boosting industry synergies and talent exchanges. Luther Castillo Harry, the Honduran Minister of Science, Technology and Innovation, shared a congratulatory message from the President of Honduras, Iris Xiomara Castro Sarmiento. Similarly, Venezuelan Science and Technology Minister Gabriela Jimenez conveyed a message from Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro.
