Li Xi, who is responsible for discipline within the party, will go to the three countries at the invitation of Cuba's Communist Party, Brazil's ruling Workers' Party and Egypt's Future of the Nation Party.
Before that 10-day trip, Li will attend a "G77 + China" summit in Havana from September 14 to 16 as a special representative of President Xi Jinping.
The bloc of developing countries includes 134 members accounting for about 80 percent of the world's population.
Li is the lowest-ranking member of the seven-seat Politburo Standing Committee, the CCP's highest decision-making body.
The former party secretary of southern economic powerhouse Guangdong province, 66-year-old Li now serves as the head of the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection, after being promoted to the Politburo Standing Committee last year.
